Dessert: Chocolate Mud Cake topped with a warm Chocolate Ganache, fresh raspberries and double cream.
Main Course: Fillet Mignon on a bed of Sweet Potato Gratin served with green beans finished with a Red Wine Jus.
Entree: Smoked Salmon, Crispy Bagel and Avacado Salad

I think Don and Daile enjoyed being the honorary guests for the evening, they were even kind enough to share a few tips (to Jon mainly) about "what not to do" when dating. Unfortunatly they were not as forth coming with instruction of how to get a date in the first place.
Big smiles despite having the 'Singles Unite' compilation disc playing "All By Myself" every 3rd song.

The happy singles. All dressed up and finally some place to go.... Sharon's!!! And what a night it was indeed. Indescribably good food and company too. The single's formal dinner turned out to be a definite winner. Standing together, alone, in singledom.

Oh my goodness! She just gets better and better doesn't she? Remember me Sharon when you're famous. I was there from the beginning. I think it could have been me who spurred you on with encouragement and recognised your potential. Yes, yes it was. I've got an eye for talent.
